these people were sitting down on the big chairs at grand central terminal. i converted this shot to black and white for effect, and the granulated appearance was also intentional to give it a more antiquated feeling.

this was our first time on the tube when we arrived to london. these people were with us and were traveling to their destination from the heathrow airport.

how could i have gone to london without taking a picture of this famous landmark at night? it was hard to get the hands on the clock sharp with the wind, but this one seemed to have done it.

as soon as i stepped within these arches, the sky opened up. it started pouring. that is why it was not crowded. too bad -- it was my birthday and i didn't get to capture the essence of chinatown in london.

as i watched the boats going down the thames river, i saw the people all begin to wave at the tower bridge. i suppose the travel guide told them to wave at the folks watching from the tower bridge. i'm not sure; when i was in the bridge museum, i didn't have such a view.

this kid was biking underneath the tower bridge and he saw me preparing to photograph. his pose, however (a funny face), came after i hit the shutter button. oh well. this was still a good solid shot. :)
